Bob is a passionate chemical engineer with more than 30 years’ international experience in Refinery Catalyst Technology and Hydroprocessing.
His expertise areas are: Hydrocracking, ResidHydroprocessing, Refinery Operations, Catalyst R&D, Catalyst Manufacturing, Catalyst Analyses, Catalyst Technology Training, Gas-to-Liquids, Gas-to-Chemicals, and Research Management.
Bob is recognized as an international expert in Catalyst Technology: he is co-editor of the book “Catalyst Deactivation”, has been a speaker at major conferences (ACS, ERTC, BBTC, IDECAT etc.), a guest lecturer at Delft University of Technology, and is a member of the Board of the Netherlands Catalysis Society.
