Kristian is an experienced scheduling and blend optimization consultant with deep scheduling modelling expertise with proven track record of leading and delivering large scale LP, Scheduling and Blend Optimization projects and best practices to operating companies with refineries and petrochemicals. Kristian has worked and lived in multiple geographies, assignments in Sweden, The Netherlands, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. In addition, Kristian has provided consulting/project services for Shell Global Solution’s clients in China, Japan, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, Germany, Singapore, Saudi-Arabia, South Africa and Qatar. Kristian’s core competencies are in building and deploying Scheduling/Blend Optimization modelling systems, project management, scheduling business process review, margin variance analysis, user training/coaching.
