Managing Capital Projects in the Front-End Course

Consultant/Trainer: Laurent Spring & Stuart Arnott

The Petrogenium Managing Capital Projects in the Front-End course will offer practical guidance to participants on how to manage and approve multi-disciplinary and multifunctional projects in the front-end, from project kick-off to Final Investment Decision. Application of this course will enable participants to effectively reduce the project recycles, delivery delays and increased costs that have negative impacts on overall economics and resulting in loss of credibility in delivering projects as per promises. This objective is achieved through the implementation of industry-leading practices in Front-End Loading, Integrated Project Management, and Governance decision-making.
