Bridget is a seasoned organisational effectiveness professional with over 45 years experience in Leadership, Team development, Coaching, Change management, Learning and development, Diversity and Inclusion, OE Health Checks and diagnostic reviews. She has significant international experience having worked on 4 continents in over 40 countries. She holds a BA degree (Psychology, History) from Rhodes University, South Africa as well as an MBA from the University of SA School of Business Leadership.

In 2018 she retired from Shell (after over 30 years) and started working as an independent consultant in the areas mentioned above. Her most recent role prior to retiring from Shell was Manager of the Performance Improvement and Implementation team, Projects and Technology. This role involved leading a global team of professional consultants to design, develop and deliver customized organisational effectiveness interventions at sites in support of technical improvement projects.

She is a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and has coached leaders at all levels of organisations to enhance their capabilities.

Bridget joined Petrogenium as a Principal Consultant in May 2024.

Outside of work, Bridget enjoys exercising, tennis, travelling and spending quality time with family and friends.
