Eric-Hans has more than 30 years of broad international experience in the Refinery and Chemicals business. He is available freelance for technical consulting and enhanced operational auditing.
His expertise lies in Manufacturing, Supply & Distribution, Research & Technical Services, Business Assurance (Quality & Auditing), Change Management and Continuous Improvement where he significantly impacted the bottom-line profitability of Shell.
He has 15 years of engineering experience and worked 12 years in various refineries. He led multi-cultural teams of up to 13 highly educated (PhD-level) direct reports in three countries. A reliable, thorough, perseverant, resilient, punctual, friendly team worker, and he considers the use of humour being essential to create and maintain a good relationship and atmosphere.
Eric-Hans joined the Petrogenium Team as Principal Consultant Performance Improvement and Hydrocarbon Economics & Scheduling in 2018. In 2024 he became Director of Petrogenium Academy.
