Jeroen is a passionate Continuous Improvement professional with over 20 years of extensive experience within various industries and companies.

Jeroen has extensive Oil and Gas experience having worked within Shell with the Upstream, Manufacturing and Wells organisations as well as the Finance and C&P Functions both in Global roles as well as Asset based functions (Malaysia and the United Kingdom).

Jeroen has successfully delivered various long term Continuous Improvement Deployments, delivered a variety of Continuous Improvement projects in the fields of Process Analytics, Material Management, Wells and Wells Logistics, Maintenance and Operations, all leading to significant business value and performance improvement.

His work on delivering Business Value through Continuous Improvement has been externally recognised in 2017 with the Gold Certification for Lean Deployments from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Malaysia, the first one for Oil and Gas in Malaysia, he furthermore received the Certificate for the best Continuous Improvement Deployment in Malaysia from Masaaki Imai, the Lean Guru from Japan in 2018.

In 2021 Jeroen left Shell and joined Petrogenium as Principal Consultant Continuous Improvement.
