Robert is an experienced line manager in project engineering, maintenance, and construction. He is a leader of teams in safety critical positions, qualified in incident response in Operating Assets with significant HSSE exposure over 34 years in the industry.

Robert has developed a recognised personal brand for relationship building and takes a mature, collaborative approach to complex issues involving internal and external stakeholders, regulators, trade unions and contractors. He is highly skilled with several assignments with accountability for business planning, budget management and execution through large, diverse teams, projects and turnarounds up to 200M$, 10-15 direct reports, 400-1500 contractors.

Robert is experienced with Goal Zero program design, project management / turnaround management / execution to Goal Zero results. He is also skilled in capital contract management / oversight. Furthermore, Robert is proficient in internal Auditing and Assurance program implementation, business planning and competitive target setting.
