This comprehensive course will help you to mitigate your losses with a lot of practical hands-on information. No high-level consultancy speak, but the real thing!

This course can be given face-to-face or remotely. The presentations are interactive, supported with slides that also serve as a dedicated course manual (PDF file.) The course includes interactive discussions and participant topics (on demand, aided by short videos, exercises and Q&A sessions). Learning assessment is through a written examination (if required).

About the Trainer

Eric-Hans has more than 30 years of broad international experience in the Refinery and Chemicals business.

His expertise lies in Manufacturing, Supply & Distribution, Research & Technical Services, Business Assurance (Quality & Auditing), Change Management and Continuous Improvement. Eric-Hans is also a Senior Lecturer at Delft University of Technology.

Cancellations & Substitutions:

If you are unable to attend the course you can make a substitution. All substitutions and name changes must be received in writing by mail or e-mail no later than one week before the first course date. For cancellations received in writing after the course fee is paid and no later than 21 days before the course start date, Petrogenium will issue a credit note to be considered as a down payment for any Petrogenium courses during next 12 months. For cancellations received after 21 days before the course start date, the course material will be sent but no fees will be refunded.
